Coverage Includes:
- Inspection of channel and setting work
- Tightening of stone
- Refinishing polishing
- Cracked or thinning shank
- Retipping or replacement of worn and/or broken prongs
- Broken earring post and loose earring backs
- Broken clasps, bracelets or chains
- Repair of cracked or chipped stones (including center stones*)
- Rhodium re-plating
- One ring re-sizing after initial sizing
- Pearl re-stringing
- Center stone coverages are only included with Lifetime Plan

Protects against mechanical failure and covered refurbishment of watches.
Coverage Includes:
- Crystal scratches or breaks
- Mechanism failure
- Case or bezel damage
- Broken watch band
- Broken stem or crown
- Broken Clasps
- Water damage to water resistabt watches
- Watches shipping costs for repair
- Free strap replacement (once per year)
- Per item of plan regardless of brand or manufacturer
what is the length of covereage for this plan?
With the purchase of a Robert Irwin Jewelers Care Plan, your item is protected from the day of purchase to the end of the term indicated on the original sales receipt.
who will do the work?
One of our authorized jewelers or jewelry repair centers.
what if my product can't be repaired?
If your product can't be repaired, we may replace or reimburse you in an amount equal to the purchase price of the covered product.
Do I Have Any Out-of-pocket Costs After The Purchase Of This Plan?
