At Robert Irwin Jewelers, we have a 7-day return policy and 30 days for exchange. This means that you have 7 days from the date or purchase for a a full return and 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
