You have 1 Full Year to Return your diamond purchase to Robert Irwin Jewelers for a full refund. Our Price Match guarantee gives our customers peace of mind that they are getting the best possible prices on the jewelry of their dreams. If you find the same piece of jewelry at an authorized jewelry dealer at a lower price, Robert Irwin Jewelers will issue a refund or a store credit for the difference. If the item is on a competitor’s website, the item must be verifiable and in stock.

In-Store Pickup
Enjoy FREE shipping and returns on all online orders! All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. You have 30 days to return items purchased on our website. We even pay the shipping. All you need to do is email returns@rijewelers.com with your order number and phone number. We will then send you a shipping label. Upon receipt of your merchandise back to our offices we will check in and inspect your item(s) to make sure that it is in new condition and has not been altered. Upon approval from our quality control team your method of payment will be credited within 72 hours. Our policy for instore purchases is 7 days for a full refund and 30 days for exchanges.
