If you are not 100% satisfied with your made to order ring, you can return it for a full refund within the first 365 days from the date of purchase. The diamond and the setting must be in the same condition that you originally purchased it and must have any accompanying documentation. Lost diamond certificates and purchase receipts will result in a $250 paperwork fee. No special catches or exceptions…Just a 365-day Return policy on your made to order ring so that you can sleep easy knowing you just made the right decision.

You have 1 Full Year to Return your diamond purchase to Robert Irwin Jewelers for a full refund. Our Price Match guarantee gives our customers peace of mind that they are getting the best possible prices on the jewelry of their dreams. If you find the same piece of jewelry at an authorized jewelry dealer at a lower price, Robert Irwin Jewelers will issue a refund or a store credit for the difference. If the item is on a competitor’s website, the item must be verifiable and in stock.

· The item must have the exact specifications of the item purchased at Robert Irwin Jewelers.
· Price match guarantee does not include merchandise purchased at pawn shops, gray market, and unauthorized dealers and retailers selling designer and other jewelry.

Enjoy FREE shipping and returns on all online orders! All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. You have 30 days to return items purchased on our website. We even pay the shipping. All you need to do is email returns@rijewelers.com with your order number and phone number. We will then send you a shipping label. Upon receipt of your merchandise back to our offices we will check in and inspect your item(s) to make sure that it is in new condition and has not been altered. Upon approval from our quality control team your method of payment will be credited within 72 hours. Our policy for instore purchases is 7 days for a full refund and 30 days for exchanges.

Orders May Be Delayed for the Following Reasons:
· Incorrect Ship-to address.
· Order is pending a credit approval and fraud verification.
· A product is currently out of stock.
· A ring which requires special sizing. An order which requires special customization.
· An order is shipped to a special location such as Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or APO/FPO.
· Severe weather and acts of God can delay an order from us. This can include snow storms, tornados, twisters, severe rain warnings, severe cold or other unforeseen events which prevent us from making the delivery per the guaranteed times.

To order online and pick up in-store, simply select one of our five convenient locations you’d like to pick up from at checkout. When you come into a store to pick up your online purchase, you will need to sign for your purchase and present a valid photo id.

What happens if you purchased jewelry from Robert Irwin Jewelers and want to trade it in? It’s simple. Keep your receipt, come back to the store and shop.

Any single item from Robert Irwin Jewelers purchased at $500.00 to $2,500.00 (excluding taxes) is eligible and may be traded in for any single item that is at least $500.00 or higher (excluding taxes).

Any single item from Robert Irwin Jewelers purchased $2,501.00 or more (excluding taxes) may be traded-up for any single item which is at least $1000.00 or higher (excluding taxes).
