If you are not 100% satisfied with your made to order ring, you can return it for a full refund within the first 365 days from the date of purchase. The diamond and the setting must be in the same condition that you originally purchased it and must have any accompanying documentation. Lost diamond certificates and purchase receipts will result in a $250 paperwork fee.
