In Store Pickup

Robert Irwin Jewelers In-Store Pickup lets you:

• Buy online
• Skip the shipping charge, and
• Pick up your order after you placed it.

Please note some orders require additional payment validation and take longer to process.

Here's how it works:

1. Place an item in your cart and choose the "In-Store Pickup" shipping option with the store address you want to arrange the pickup at.
2. Complete your order.

Wait to receive confirmation e-mails:

• Order confirmation – Verifies that we've received your order. We will let you know when the item is available for in-store pickup.

Bring to the Store:

1. Your government-issued photo ID
2. Your order number (for a speedier process)

At the store, notify the associate that you are here for a pickup.

Friends & Family Pickup

You can place an order and have someone else pick it up. During checkout, simply provide the name and e-mail address (optional) of the person who will pick up your order in the comments section. Yyou'll need to communicate your order details to your pickup person.

Your pickup person will need to bring:

1. Their government-issued photo ID
2. The order number

Only you or your pre-selected Friends & Family Pickup person may pick up the order.

Changing Your Shipping or Pickup Options

To change your shipping or pickup options after you've placed an order, call 1-800-238-9228.  

To switch from shipping to store pickup, call within one hour of placing your order. To switch from store pickup to shipping, call any time. Canceling a Store Pickup and Ship to Store To cancel your pickup, call 1-800-238-9228. Please have your order information handy.
