Over the past 30 years at RIJ, we have been very grateful that our customers have benfited from our jewelry services. It has been a wonderful ride developing great friends and family, but most importantly building TRUST. They let me try on all the rings I wanted and acted like I could stay all day and no one would care. "Kat and the rest of the staff are amazing. I've had great experiences every time I've gone. I have used the Bartlett store and the one in East Memphis, both have their own specialty- Bartlett is great for when you just need to pick a perfect gift and don't want to be overwhelmed by choices(and ask for Kat if she's there) East Memphis location is more high end and the guy there who helps you design jewelry is a genius! I have made the mistake of purchasing from a big box retailer but never again! RIJ is the only place I will ever do business."

"I was recently in the Northern Mississippi area and had a battery failure on my watch. I visited one battery outlet and two jewelers of which all were afraid to attempt the mission. There was ack of knowledge or maybe desire, anyway I came upon the Robert Irwin Jewelers store in Southaven. I entered the store thinking I would get the same "I can't do it." I was greeted pleasantly by Ginny Buster, I told her my situation, she took the watch, she inspected it briefly stating some concerns on how too access the battery and off she was... but back in a flash with a fully operational watch . That watch did not intimidate her at all. I cannot say enough after three prior 'can't do its', this dynamic Jeweler fixed it in minutes. I live 9 hours from the store location, but will say this, any jewel needs in the future large or small, a nine hour trip will not be an issue. My visits to Northern Mississippi are always great and I would like to say again, Thank You to Robert Irwin Jewelers and a special thank you to Ginny Buster.
